My name is Max Temkin, and I’m a student at Goucher College.
I like to be connected to the forces that shape my world, so I participate in politics. I believe that big problems can be solved by great design, so I work for organizations like the Hotel Rwanda Rusesabagina Foundation:
I also believe that play is part of being an adult, so I am a national organizer of the Humans vs. Zombies game:
I like learning about new things – this semester I’m studying ancient philosophy and reading Plato, Aristotle, Plotinus, and Porphyry. I’m also the T.A. for a Freshman Frontiers course on free speech taught by Sandy Ungar.
